Efgad built for the Haredi (Religious) community of Solomon Heights for two non-profit oganizations:
"Atara L'yoshna" (50 housing units)
"Sha'arei Tzion" (82 housing units)

Additionally, the company promoted the building of 90 housing units in this area.
