The project is situated on the banks of a wadi, upon which is planned the construction of a park and a community center for the enjoyment of the residents.

The project consists of 60 living units, in four 3 - 4 story buildings (2 apartments per floor, with a total of 6 apartments in the building) with adjoining storage areas and parking lanes.

The unique aspect regarding the design of the units is a room on the roof and a double area in the living room, which will enable the residents to build on the roof, sometime in the future, at minimal cost and turn the apartment into a duplex with a roof balcony.
