The project was built for the religious community and designed as a small closed community with a central playground, an internal parking lane and access from the main road.

The exterior of the building is covered in taltish stone and there are two levels of garden apartments. The 40 units in this project are divided among 3 buildings, 12 apartments to a building. There is an additional "building", which houses 4 cottages.
